The moment I walked in my in-law's door I could tell something was different about Colton. I immediately asked Tammy, "What did you feed him today?" Her response was nothing out of the norm. He was just so full of energy (which is nothing new) and his words were clearer. He was yelling "cracker jaaaack!!!!" To outsiders, you instantly think of the carmel coated popcorn, but that isn't the case. My in-laws have six or seven hunting dogs and favorite one of the crew is named "Cracker Jack."
Later at bath time, he listened so well when I told him to let the water out and dry off. He finally mastered that task...yippee!!
Then the sweetest thing he has done during story time. He was sitting on my lap as we read Goodnight Baby Animals and when we got the page with the puppy he pointed at the picture and said, "Puppy" and gave the puppy a few kisses. Oh gosh - my heart melted to watch him do that. I did try to set up the tripod and video camera to so Justin could see, but he wouldn't do it again. (Of course!)
Look at your blog! Love it! How sweet!
